As Chief Executive Officer, Craig upholds the responsibility for creating, planning, implementing, and integrating the strategic direction for O.C. Communications. In his role, he ensures the leadership maintains constant awareness of both external and internal competitive landscapes, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards. Prior to founding O.C. Communications, Craig worked for his father’s family business, where he learned the importance of nurturing customer relationships to ensure the long term success of a thriving business.
Craig enjoys serving the community and currently serves as a board member for Love INC., a non-profit organization. He is also a board member with the Central Valley Chapter of the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers (SCTE), an active member of SCTE, and a licensed contractor in multiple states. When he’s not busy steering the company toward new opportunities for future success, Craig enjoys spending his time with family, at church and playing golf.
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Larry is responsible for providing day-to-day leadership, operational strategy and budget management. In his role, he monitors company performance through management information system reports, evaluates the effectiveness of the company operations, crosses department boundaries to assure that the company goals are met and represents the firm in new contract development. Larry has more than 16 years of experience with O.C. Communications, having held such positions as Supervisor, Manager, Vice President and COO. Throughout his transitions and business-wide responsibilities, he has played an integral role in the development of the company culture.
Larry is active within the community and currently serves on the board for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers. When he is not busy making sure the company is running like a well-oiled machine, Larry enjoys spending his time with family, golfing and scuba diving.
Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, Peter oversees the administrative, financial and risk management operations of O.C. Communications. In his role, he helps with the development of financial and operational strategy, as well as monitoring control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Prior to joining the O.C. Communications team, Peter served a diverse clientele during his time with a few large accounting firms. He spent 15 years helping clients with revenues ranging from a few million to several hundred million dollars with tax and accounting issues. That experience groomed him for his current position.
Peter is certified as a Certified Public Accountant, a Construction Industry Financial Professional and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. When not crunching numbers, he enjoys spending time with family, traveling and playing golf.
Vice President of Regional Operations/Board Member
Reggie started in the Telecommunications Industry over 30 years ago in 1987 and is the former owner of Pioneer Cable Contractors which was acquired by O.C. Communications (OCC) in 2017. Reggie began managing Pioneer Cable with 16 employees in Washington and at its height Pioneer had grown to almost 500 employees in 5 states.
Since the acquisition, Reggie has remained with OCC as a member of both the executive team and the board of directors. In his current role, Reggie remains active in the daily operations in Washington and Arizona and also serves as a strategic advisor to the company as a whole.
When not busy with his many responsibilities at OCC, Reggie enjoys spending time with his family and is also an avid outdoorsman enjoying hunting, fishing, hiking, and surfing.
Vice President of Human Resources
As Vice President of Human Resources, Steve coordinates and manages the planning, development, implementation and administration of the company’s Human Resources strategies and programs including compensation, benefits, recruitment, performance management and employee relations. In his role, he establishes long-range Human Resource strategies and practices for the organization to meet specific business objectives and ensures business processes comply with regulatory and legal requirements to minimize risk to the organization.
Prior to joining the O.C. Communications team, Steve served as Director of HR at Worldwide Clinical Trials, where his responsibilities grew from coordinating activities for a division of 400 employees to encompass regional and then global roles within HR.
Steve is active within the community and currently serves as a youth sports coach. When he is not busy at work, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and in the outdoors.
